Payments Due on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. If the date of maturity of interest on or principal of the Notes of any series or the Redemption Date or repayment of any such Note, or the last day on which a Holder has the right to convert any Note, shall not be a Business Day, then payment of interest or principal, need not be made on such date, but may be made on the next succeeding Business Day with the same force and effect as if made on the date of maturity or the Redemption Date, and no interest shall accrue for the period after such date.
