Payments Directly to Swing Line Lenders. The Company shall make all payments of principal and interest in respect of the Swing Line Loans directly to each Swing Line Lender.
Payments Directly to Swing Line Lenders. Each Borrower with outstanding Swing Line Advances shall make all payments of principal and interest in respect of the Swing Line Advances directly to the Swing Line Lender that made such Advances.

The BorrowerOperating Partnership shall make all payments of principal and interest in respect of the Swing Line Loans directly to the Swing Line Lenders in accordance with each Swing Line Lender’s Pro Rata Swing Line Share of the Swing Line Loans. For the avoidance of doubt, any such payment of principal and/or interest in respect of the Swing Line Loans made by Safe Harbor (or any other Subsidiary) shall be deemed to have the same effect hereunder as a payment made by the BorrowerOperating Partnership.
