Common use of Payments Directly to Swing Line Lenders Clause in Contracts

Payments Directly to Swing Line Lenders. Borrower shall make all payments of principal and interest in respect of the Swing Line Loans directly to the applicable Swing Line Lender. Upon receipt by a Swing Line Lender of a payment of principal in respect of a Swing Line Loan, such Swing Line Lender shall immediately notify Administrative Agent of such payment.
