Payments and Costs. 5.1.1 Without prejudice to Clause 6 (Contributions and payments), the Admission Body must pay to the Administering Authority all contributions and payments due under the Regulations and this Agreement (including, for the avoidance of doubt, all contributions and payments due in respect of any period from the Commencement Date until the date of this Agreement).
