Future Payments by Hydro. On or before the dates set out in the subsection 2.2.1 Financial Schedule, Hydro covenants and agrees to pay, by cheque or bank draft payable to War Lake, the Financial Proceeds, to be paid by Hydro, to be settled on the Trustees in accordance with the Indenture.
