Payment Plan. (A) Payment Plan Applicable Term The Member agrees, by executing this Agreement, that it has chosen the Option as outlined in Attachment A hereto. If an application for hardship is applied for and denied by the WCB, the Member will be notified and will be subject to the minimum monthly installment the Member is eligible to make under the terms of Attachment A.
