Payment of Universal Service Funds. Sprint PCS and Manager will share any federal and state subsidy funds (e.g., payments by a state of universal service fund subsidies to Sprint PCS or Manager), if any, received by Sprint PCS or Manager for customers who reside in the portion of the Service Area served by the Service Area Network. Manager is entitled to 92% of any amount received by either party and Sprint PCS is entitled to 8% of such amounts.
