Common use of Payment of Premiums Clause in Contracts

Payment of Premiums. The cost of the premiums for the insurance policies maintained by Lessor under this Paragraph 8 shall be a Common Area Operating Expense pursuant to Paragraph 4.2 hereof. Premiums for policy periods commencing prior to, or extending beyond, the term of this Lease shall be prorated to coincide with the corresponding Commencement Date or Expiration Date.

Payment of Premiums. The cost of the premiums for the insurance policies maintained by Lessor under this Paragraph 8 shall be a Common Area Operating Expense pursuant to Paragraph 4.2 hereof. Premiums for policy periods commencing prior to, or extending beyond, the term of this Lease shall be prorated pro-rated to coincide with the corresponding Commencement Date or Expiration Date.

Payment of Premiums. The cost of the premiums for the insurance policies maintained by Lessor under this Paragraph 8 shall be a Common Area Operating Expense pursuant to Paragraph 4.2 hereof. The cost of the premiums premium for the insurance policies maintained by Lessor under this Paragraph 8 shall be a Common Area Operating Expense Expanse pursuant to Paragraph 4.2 hereof. Premiums for policy periods commencing prior to, or extending beyond, the term of this Lease shall be prorated pro–rated to coincide with the corresponding Commencement Date or Expiration Date.

Payment of Premiums. The cost of the premiums for the insurance policies maintained required to be carried by Lessor under this Paragraph 8 Lessor, pursuant to Paragraphs 8.2(b), and 8.3(b), shall be a Common Area Operating Expense pursuant to Paragraph 4.2 hereofExpense. Premiums for policy periods commencing prior to, or extending beyond, beyond the term of this Lease shall be prorated to coincide with the corresponding Commencement Start Date or of Expiration Date.

Payment of Premiums. The cost of the premiums for the insurance policies maintained by Lessor under this Paragraph 8 B shall be a Common Area Operating Expense pursuant to Paragraph 4.2 hereof. Premiums for policy periods commencing prior to, or extending beyond, the term of this Lease shall be prorated to coincide with the corresponding Commencement Date or Expiration Date.

Payment of Premiums. The cost of the premiums for the insurance policies maintained by Lessor under this Paragraph 8 or which will be maintained during the term of this Lease or any option renewal period thereof shall be a Common Area Operating Expense pursuant to Paragraph 4.2 hereof. Premiums for policy periods commencing prior to, or extending beyond, the term of this Lease shall be prorated to coincide with the corresponding Commencement Date or Expiration Date.

Payment of Premiums. The cost of the premiums for the insurance policies maintained by Lessor under this Paragraph 8 shall be a Common Area Operating Expense pursuant to Paragraph 4.2 hereof. Premiums for policy periods commencing prior to, or extending beyond, the term of this Lease Term shall be prorated to coincide with the corresponding Commencement Date or Expiration Dateexpiration of the Term.

Payment of Premiums. The Subject to Section 4.2(g), the cost of the premiums for the insurance policies maintained by Lessor under this Paragraph 8 shall be a Building and Common Area Operating Expense pursuant to Paragraph 4.2 hereof. Premiums for policy periods commencing prior to, or extending beyond, the term of this Lease shall be prorated to coincide with the corresponding Commencement Date or Expiration Date.

Premiums for policy periods commencing prior to, or extending beyond, the term of this Lease shall be prorated to coincide with the corresponding Commencement Date or Expiration Date.

Payment of Premiums. The cost of the premiums for the insurance policies maintained by Lessor under this Paragraph 8 shall be a Common Area Operating Expense pursuant to Paragraph 4.2 hereof. Premiums for policy periods commencing prior to, or extending beyond, the term of this Lease shall be prorated to coincide with the corresponding Commencement Early Possession Date or Expiration Date.

Payment of Premiums.
