Common use of Payment of Fees and Expenses Clause in Contracts

Payment of Fees and Expenses. The Borrower agrees to pay or reimburse the Administrative Agent for all of its out-of-pocket costs and reasonable expenses incurred in connection with this Amendment and any other documents prepared in connection herewith and the transactions contemplated hereby, including, without limitation, the reasonable fees and disbursements of counsel to the Administrative Agent.

Payment of Fees and Expenses. Payment of Fees and Expenses. (a) The Borrower agrees to pay or reimburse the Administrative Agent upon demand, for all of its reasonable and documented out-of-pocket costs and reasonable expenses incurred in connection with the Credit Agreement or the other Loan Documents (which shall be deemed to include this Amendment and any other documents prepared in connection herewith and the transactions contemplated herebyForbearance), including, without limitation, the reasonable fees and disbursements of counsel to the Administrative Agent's counsel and advisors.
