Payment of Existing Obligations. Belmont shall have provided the necessary funding to Maseva or Maseva Gas to permit the payment of all obligations which are due prior to the Closing Date, including the obligation of Belmont to reimburse Maseva for the initial work and organizational costs in investigating and obtaining the Maseva Concession.

Payment of Existing Obligations. The Term Loans and other non-contingent Obligations outstanding under the Existing Credit Agreement shall have been paid in full as and to the extent set forth in Section 11.10 (Amendment and Restatement; Binding Effect).

  • Termination of Existing Credit Agreements The Company and each of the Banks that is also a "Bank" party to the Existing Credit Agreements agrees that the "Commitments" as defined in the Existing Credit Agreements shall be terminated in their entirety on the Effective Date.
