Common use of Payment of Costs and Fees Clause in Contracts

Payment of Costs and Fees. Borrower shall pay to each Agent and each Lender all costs and expenses in connection with the preparation, negotiation, execution and delivery of this Amendment and any documents and instruments relating hereto in accordance with Section 12.04 of the Credit Agreement.

Payment of Costs and Fees. Borrower shall pay to each Agent and each Lender all costs expenses required to be paid pursuant to Section 10.02 of the Credit Agreement (including, without limitation, the reasonable fees and expenses of any attorneys retained by Agent or any Lender) in connection with the preparation, negotiation, execution and delivery of this Amendment and any documents and instruments relating hereto in accordance with Section 12.04 of the Credit Agreementhereto.
