Common use of Payment of Costs and Fees Clause in Contracts

Payment of Costs and Fees. Borrower shall pay to Agent all reasonable out-of-pocket costs and expenses of the Lender Group (including, without limitation, the reasonable fees and disbursements of outside counsel to Agent) incurred in connection with the preparation, negotiation, execution and delivery of this Amendment and any documents and instruments relating hereto.
