Payment for Medicals Taken During Working Hours. If an employee takes a medical examination during his normal working hours, he shall be paid for the time involved and thus not lose any pay as a result of his taking a medical examination and one (1) days notice will be given to the employee. No notice will be given for random drug and alcohol tests applied to U.S. qualified legislation.

  • Shortfall of Annual Working Hours There shall be no pay back for shortfall of annual working hours in the shift systems determined in this Agreement.
