Payment Documentation. 1. Payment shall be made yearly for the annual grant amount, less 10% withholding to be released upon satisfactory completion of all required deliverables. 2. Any overpayment of ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ in excess of final project costs shall be returned to the State within 60 days of completion of the Project or the end of the Project Performance Period as shown on page one (1), whichever is earlier.
