Payment Device Transactions. All Payment Device transactions using the Services will be processed through a secured link. The parties to each Payment Device transaction will be the Customer cardholder or checking account owner and the Client (provided that, with respect to applicable service or convenience fees charges, such portion of the transaction will be between Customer and PNP).
