Recurring Transactions. If you intend to use your Card for recurring transactions, you should monitor your balance and ensure you have funds available in your Digital Bank Account to cover the transactions. “Recurring transactions” are transactions that are authorized in advance by you to be charged to your Digital Bank Account or Card at substantially regular intervals. We are not responsible if a recurring transaction is declined because you have not maintained a sufficient balance in your Digital Bank Account to cover the recurring transaction. If these recurring transactions may vary in amount, the person you are going to pay should tell you, 10 days before each payment, when it will be made and how much it will be. (You may choose instead to get this notice only when the payment would differ by more than a certain amount from the previous payment, or when the amount would fall outside certain limits that you set.) If your Account was obtained through your employer or you receive electronic deposits of federal payments to your Digital Bank Account: If you have told us in advance to make regular payments (i.e., recurring transactions) from your Digital Bank Account, you can stop the payment by calling the number on the back of your Card, (000) 000-0000, or by sending notice through e-mail to xxxxxxx@xxxx.xxxx, or by mailing notice to MovoCash, Inc., 000 Xxxxxx Xxx., 0xx Xxxxx, Xxxx Xxxx, XX 00000 at least three business days before the scheduled date of the transfer. If you call, we also may require you to put your request in writing and get it to us within 14 days after you call. If you order us to stop one of these payments three business days or more before the transfer is scheduled, and we do not do so, we will be liable for your direct losses or damages. Recurring Transactions. If Xxxxxxxx agrees to accept a recurring transaction from a Cardholder for the purchase of goods or services which are delivered or performed periodically (a “Recurring Transaction”), the Cardholder shall complete and deliver to Merchant an order form containing a written request for such goods or services to be charged to the Cardholder’s account, the frequency of the recurring charges and the duration of time for which such Cardholder’s permission is granted. In the event a Recurring Transaction is renewed, the Cardholder shall complete and deliver to Merchant a subsequent order form for continuation of such goods or services to be charged to the Cardholder’s account. A Recurring Transaction may not include partial payments made to Merchant for goods or services purchased in a single Transaction, nor may it be used for periodic payments of goods or services on which Merchant assesses additional finance charges. A copy of the order form must be retained for the duration of the recurring charges and provided in response to Xxxxxxxx’s request. In addition, Merchant must record, retain, and promptly produce upon request the “ship to address” and address verification service code (where applicable) for each transaction. Merchant must not complete an initial or subsequent Recurring Transaction after receiving a cancellation notice from the Cardholder, the Card Issuer, Provider or other party or a response that the Card is not to be honored.

Merchant will not complete any recurring transaction after receiving: (i) a cancellation notice from the Cardholder; (ii) notice from Bank, or (iii) a response that the Card is not to be honored. Merchant must print legibly on the Sales Draft the words “Recurring Transaction”.

Recurring Transactions. The following provisions will apply to Recurring Transactions:
Recurring Transactions. If you authorize a merchant to charge the Account for repeat or recurring transactions, you must notify the merchant if: (a) you want to discontinue the recurring transactions on the Account; (b) the Account is closed; or (c) the credit card number or Card expiration date changes. You authorize us to transfer recurring charges to any replacement Account; however, we are not responsible for discontinuing, transferring, or reinstating any repeat or recurring transactions and are not liable for any losses resulting from a repeat or recurring transaction not being discontinued, transferred, or reinstated.
Recurring Transactions. You must obtain the Cardholder’s prior written consent for recurring transactions, including a description of the product and the frequency and duration of the recurring charge, and notify the Cardholder that he or she may cancel recurring billing charges at any time. You must retain evidence of such written consent for 24 months from the date you submit the last recurring billing charge. You will honor any Cardholder cancellation, and if this agreement is terminated for any reason, you will, at your own cost, advise all Cardholders to whom you submit recurring billing charges that you no longer accept the Card for amounts owed.
