Common use of Payment and Ownership of the Alterations Clause in Contracts

Payment and Ownership of the Alterations. Alterations made under this paragraph shall be at Tenant’s expense. The Alterations shall belong to Landlord when this Lease and the last extension Term, if any, ends except for those Alterations required to be removed by Tenant, if any, under paragraph 4.01(c). Nevertheless, Tenant may remove its trade fixtures, furniture, equipment, and other personal property if Tenant promptly repairs any damage caused by their removal.
