Payloads. (A) Celgene shall have the right to conduct quality audits of Bluebird’s existing inventories of Bluebird’s of [***] and shall have the right to purchase from Bluebird, [***] with sufficient shelf life and in sufficient quantities to allow Celgene to Manufacture Vector in accordance with this License Agreement while Celgene establishes the supply arrangements referred to in Section 2.4(b)(ii)(B).
