Pay Upon Termination. Upon termination of employment, employees will be paid for all earned by unused vacation providing the employee has completed a minimum of one (1) year of seniority. This payment cannot exceed the maximum accrual allowed.
Pay Upon Termination. Accrued but unused PTO will be paid to a regular nurse upon termination of employment, provided (1) the nurse has been continuously employed not less than six (6) months and (2) such PTO has not been forfeited as provided in the Employment Status article of this Agreement.

Pay Upon Termination. When an employee is terminated by the employer, the employee's wages, including longevity earnings to time of termination, shall be paid within 72 hours. When the employee terminates their employment, the employee wages will be paid on the next regular bi-weekly payday.

(a) If and to the extent vacation pay has been earned but not paid at the time of an employee’s voluntary termination of employment, and if the employee gave the Employer at least fourteen (14) calendar days’ advance written notice before such termination, then such earned vacation pay will be paid to the employee upon termination; provided, however, that paid vacation days may not be used to satisfy the advance notice requirement. Notwithstanding the above provisions of this section, the Employer may in its sole discretion waive the fourteen (14) calendar day notice requirement under extenuating circumstances.
Pay Upon Termination. If Executive is terminated by the Company without Cause, and providing the Executive executes a general release of claims against the Company and is otherwise in compliance with the terms of this Agreement, the Company will pay Executive the following compensation:
Pay Upon Termination. An employee who is laid off or terminates after thirteen (13) full pay periods of service shall be paid upon termination from service for accrued vacation hours not to exceed two hundred fifty (250) hours. An employee may not receive cash payment during the first thirteen (13) pay periods of service for unused vacation hours.
Pay Upon Termination. An employee shall receive compensation for all accrued, unused vacation (up to the maximum specified in Section 11.6) as of the employee's date of termination at the employee’s regular straight-time hourly rate of pay, unless the employee is beginning employment with another state agency within thirty (30) calendar days.
