Common use of Pay Phones Clause in Contracts

Pay Phones. 19.1 “Pay Phones” are defined as telephone sets which are available to the public for use in sending and/or receiving telephony services. These phones may be activated by depositing coins into said sets, or non-coin sets which limit the public's billing options to pay for telephony based services. AT&T does not offer "pay phones” to any customers and will not offer “pay phones” to CLEC for resale.
