Patch Sessions Clause Samples

The "Patch Sessions" clause defines the procedures and requirements for scheduled maintenance or updates to a system, software, or service. Typically, this clause outlines how and when patch sessions will occur, who is responsible for performing them, and any necessary notifications to users or stakeholders. For example, it may specify that updates will be applied during off-peak hours to minimize disruption. The core function of this clause is to ensure that essential updates are implemented in a controlled manner, reducing the risk of security vulnerabilities or system failures while maintaining transparency and minimizing operational impact.
