PASS PRIVILEGES. The District will provide free transportation over its lines, including eBART, during normal hours of operation to full time employees and pensioners and their spouses and dependent children, provided they properly display their District identification card. A. Dependent children under the age of five (5) years will not be required to display their identification cards. Dependent children include unmarried children (including legally adopted children) to their nineteenth (19th) birthday, or to their twenty third (23rd) birthday if they are enrolled full time at an accredited institution of learning, provided such children are dependent on the employee for their support and maintenance.
