PASS PRIVILEGES. The District will provide free transportation over its lines during normal hours of operation to full-time employees and pensioners and their spouses and dependent children, provided they properly display their District identification card. Dependent children under the age of five (5) years will not be required to display their identification cards. Dependent children include unmarried children (including legally adopted children) to their nineteenth (19th) birthday, or to their twenty-third (23rd) birthday if they are enrolled full-time at an accredited institution of learning, provided such children are dependent on the employee for their support and maintenance. There will be a ten dollar ($10) fee to replace an employee‟s identification card. In any twelve (12 month period): Dependents will be charged a ten dollar ($10) fee to replace a dependent‟s first identification card. The fee to replace any subsequent dependent‟s identification card shall be twenty dollars ($20). On the third request, and any subsequent requests, the fee to replace the identification card shall be twenty dollars ($20) and there will be a three (3) month waiting period. These fees may be waived by the District upon verifiable proof of the reasonableness of loss or destruction. The District will provide five (5) identification cards for ATU Local 1555 and ten (10) identification cards for SEIU 1021 for representatives designated by name by the Unions authorizing free transportation on the system. Failure to properly display identification or any attempt to misuse this privilege will be cause for refused entry into the system, revocation of privilege and/or disciplinary action. Pass privileges will be revoked when an employee is terminated from the District. Spouse‟s and eligible dependent children‟s pass privileges shall continue upon the retirement of an employee. PASS PRIVILEGES. During regular business hours and when open to the general public, Patrons will be admitted to public activities such as open plunge, lap swimming, open play in gyms, strength and conditioning room, cardio area, indoor track and other designated facilities at no additional charge when available. Neither does Pass cover the cost for, nor automatically entitle the Patron to lessons, classes, personalized instruction or coaching, special programs, rentals or drop-in day care.

PASS PRIVILEGES. The Company will furnish employees and retirees of the Company, and their spouse, with a pass for use on regularly scheduled Company bus service. In the event that an employee who has worked for the Company will continue to furnish such employee's widow or widower with said pass.
PASS PRIVILEGES. To the extent that Atlas is able to negotiate pass privileges with other air carriers or foreign air carriers, it will use its best efforts to obtain pass privileges for Employee at a pass classification that is consistent with Employee's job classification. The number of round trips taken by Officer and his pass-eligible dependents on a positive space basis shall not exceed 30 per year. Buddy passes shall expire as of the date an Officer's employment terminates.
