Common use of Party Information Clause in Contracts

Party Information. Except to the extent prohibited by Applicable Law, each Party has provided, and shall continue to provide the other Party with accurate policies and other information about the Party’s Systems reasonably requested to discharge its duties under this Agreement or Applicable Law. Each Party shall provide Notice to the other Party if it becomes aware that any information provided by the Party has materially changed. Each Party acknowledges that the other Party reserves the right to confirm or otherwise verify or check, in its sole discretion, the completeness and accuracy of any policy or system information provided by a Party at any time, and each Party will reasonably cooperate with the other Party in such actions, given reasonable prior written Notice.
