Common use of Partitions Clause in Contracts

Partitions. One (1) linear foot of ceiling-height partition per twelve (12) rentable square feet less Common Areas. Partitions to be constructed of 2 1/2” metal studs at 24” on center, 5/8” gypsum wallboard both sides, with two coats of latex paint.
