Common use of Parties’ Representatives Clause in Contracts

Parties’ Representatives. The General Manager of VTA or the General Manager’s designee is hereby made the representative of VTA for all purposes under this Agreement. The Director of Transportation for CITY or the Director’s designee is hereby made the representative of CITY for all purposes under this Agreement.
