Participation in Power Projects. If MEMBER has chosen to purchase power from a Power Project through TCAP, in accordance with a signed Project Addendum attached to MEMBER’S CESA, MEMBER’s termination rights with respect to its commitment to purchase power from the Power Project shall be contained in the Project Addendum.
