Participation in Other Plans. In any case in which an Employee is a participant in one (1) or more qualified defined contribution plans and in one (1) or more qualified defined benefit plans (as these terms are defined in Section 415(k) of the Code) maintained by a Company and for Plan Year, beginning before January 1, 2000, the sum of the Defined Benefit Fraction and of the Defined Contribution Fraction, computed as of the Anniversary Date of that Plan Year, shall not exceed one (1.0).
