Common use of Participating Employers Clause in Contracts

Participating Employers. Contractor must identify all participating employers as they become known, prior to and during the term of this Agreement, in the form and manner prescribed by ETP. In so doing, Contractor must provide at least the following information: business name and address; contact person name, title, address, phone and email. Contractor may charge participating employers a refundable or nonrefundable deposit as specified in a mutual written Agreement signed by both parties, upon prior review and approval by ETP, as set forth in Title 22, CCR, Section 4409.1.
