Partial Redemption Date(s) means the date(s) specified as such in the Issue Terms (subject to adjustment in accordance with the applicable Business Day Convention specified in the Issue Terms).

Examples of Partial Redemption Date(s) in a sentence

  • To determine the yield to maturity of a Note, a holder will be deemed to exercise or not exercise its option to require partial redemptions on the Partial Redemption Dates in a manner that maximizes the yield on the Note, and we will be deemed to exercise or not exercise our rights to agree to an increase in a Partial Redemption Payment in a manner that minimizes the yield on the Note.

  • Initial Redemption Date means, with respect to any Note or portion thereof to be redeemed pursuant to Section 3.1(b), the date on or after which such Note or portion thereof may be redeemed as determined by or pursuant to the Indenture or a Note Certificate of Supplemental Indenture.
