Partial Discharges. The Purchaser acknowledges that the Unit may be encumbered by mortgages (and collateral security thereto) which are not intended to be assumed by the Purchaser and that the Vendor shall not be obliged to obtain and register (partial) discharges of such mortgages insofar as they affect the Unit on the Title Transfer Date. The Purchaser agrees to accept the Vendor’s Solicitors’ undertaking to obtain and register (partial) discharges of such mortgages in respect of the Unit, within ninety (90) days after the Title Transfer Date subject to the Vendor or its solicitors providing to the Purchaser or the Purchaser’s solicitor the following:
