This Initial Debenture is one of the 5.0% Unsecured Convertible Debentures (referred to herein as the “Initial Debentures”) of the Corporation issued or issuable in one or more series under the provisions of the Indenture. The Initial Debentures authorized for issue immediately are limited to an aggregate principal amount of $5,000,000 in lawful money of the United States of America.
