Part-Time Pay. Permanent part-time Employees shall be hired at not less than the minimum for the appropriate Pay Grade specified in this Article. Step movement shall be on the same basis as full-time Employees.

Part-Time Pay. Unworked holiday pay for all part- time pharmacists shall be at the rate of six (6) hours straight time pay. Part-time pharmacists shall also be required to average twenty (20) or more hours of work per week in the twelve (12) week period preceding the holiday in order to be entitled to unworked holiday pay.
