Common use of Part-Time Faculty Clause in Contracts

Part-Time Faculty. Part-time faculty, except those in positions funded from Other Personal Services funds, are entitled to employer-funded benefits, in accordance wi th State Jaw, the rules of the Department of Management Services and the Division of Retirement, and University rules and policies. Part-time faculty should contact the Human Resources Office to determine the nature and extent of the benefits for which they are eligible.
