Common use of Parking Security Clause in Contracts

Parking Security. Tenant shall have the exclusive use of the Parking Spaces located within the parking facilities included as part of the Premises. Landlord shall not be liable for any damage to, or any theft of, vehicles, or contents thereof, within the parking facility, nor shall Landlord have any other obligation to provide security or security measures at the Premises, all of which shall be Tenants responsibility.

Landlord shall not be liable for any damage to, or any theft of, vehicles, or contents thereof, within the parking facilityarea. Landlord represents and warrants that the Parking Spaces are sufficient in all respects to satisfy all Laws, nor shall Landlord have any other obligation to provide including, without limitation, zoning laws and building codes. All security or security measures at with respect to the Premises, all of which Premises shall be Tenants Tenant's responsibility.
