Parental Bonding Leave. Pursuant to Education Code 87780.1, unit members may take up to a maximum of 12 weeks of leave for an absence occasioned by the birth, or the placement of a child in connection with adoption or ▇▇▇▇▇▇ care, as provided by the California Family Rights Act (CFRA) codified in Government Code Section 12945.
