Parcel. Parcel," as used herein, shall mean each portion of the Property to be purchased by Buyer at a Closing, as hereafter provided. The general location, approximate acreage and allocated density of each Parcel has been agreed upon pursuant to the provisions of Section 3.1 hereof.
