Common use of Panel of Chartered Accountants Clause in Contracts

Panel of Chartered Accountants. Pursuant to the provisions of Clause 21.2.1 of the Agreement, the Authority and the Implementation Agency shall prepare a mutually agreed panel of 5 (five) reputable firms of Chartered Accountants having their registered offices in India (the “Panel of Chartered Accountants”). The criteria for preparing such Panel of Chartered Accountants and the procedure to be adopted in this behalf shall be as set forth in this Schedule I.
