Common use of Paid Rest Period Clause in Contracts

Paid Rest Period. 9.1 An employee shall be permitted two (2) paid rest periods of fifteen (15) consecutive minutes in each seven and one-half (7.5) hours work day, in an area made available by the Employer; one (1) to be taken in the first half of the working day and the other one (1) to be taken in the second half of the working day.
