The Company further agrees that prior to letting a contract for Bythe performance of Skilled Trades, Maintenance and Service work, Management representatives will discuss the matter with the Plant Chairperson and Committee member concerned. The advance discussion will include information as to the nature, scope and approximate dates of the work to be performed and the reason or reasons why Management is contemplating sub-Law Enforcement Officers Bycontracting the work. The Plant Chairperson and Committee member concerned will be afforded the opportunity to comment on the Company's contemplated plans for sub-Law On-Call Winter Operations Hours contractingthe work in question Management will be expected to review such contemplated plans in light of Work for Customer Service Staff the Union representative's comments and Coordinatorsto give appropriate weight to those comments. In the event there are skilled trades employees on forced layoff, Aquatics Block Hours Provision for IT Positions (MIS Division) Overtime No Layoff the Company will not subcontract work within that particular trade until such decision is discussed in advance with the Skilled Trades Committee member. After such discussion, skilled trades employees may be offered the work provided such work has normally been performed within the affected trade, is within the capabilities of the employees, can be completed in a timely manner, with due regard to Compensate for Overtime Call-Back Time Overtime Meal Allowance Paid Holidays Holidays Falling on Weekend Holidays Falling on Scheduled Days Off Length the scope of Vacation Holidays Falling Within Vacation Schedule Calculation the work and relevant economic considerations.
