Ownership of Improvements. The Contractor acknowledges that the New Infrastructure and all other fixed improvements that the Contractor may from time to time construct upon the Leased Lands shall be fixtures and will become the property of the ProvinceProvince upon the expiration or termination of this Lease, but until such expiration or termination the New Infrastructure and all such other fixed improvements shall be deemed (except as otherwise expressly agreed in writing between the Province and the Contractor), as between the Province and the Contractor, to be the separate property of the Contractor.
