Common use of Ownership of Cards Clause in Contracts

Ownership of Cards. Any Card or other device which is supplied to you by the Credit Union is the property of the Credit Union and must be returned to us, or to any person whom we authorize to act as our agent who is authorized to honor the card immediately according to instructions. The Card may be repossessed at any time at the sole discretion of the Credit Union without demand or notice. You cannot transfer your Card or account to another person.
