Common use of Ownership and Return of Confidential Information Clause in Contracts

Ownership and Return of Confidential Information. All Confidential Information disclosed to or obtained by the Executive in tangible form (including, without limitation, information incorporated in computer software or held in electronic storage media) shall be and remain the property of the Company. All such Confidential Information, and any other property of the Company possessed by the Executive at the time the Executive ceases employment with the Company shall be returned to the Company at such time, or earlier upon request of the Company. Upon the return of Confidential Information or any such other property of the Company, it shall not thereafter be retained in any form, in whole or in part, by the Executive. The Executive agrees to permanently delete and destroy any copies of Confidential Information from any of the Executive’s personal electronic devices immediately upon the termination of the employment of the Executive for any reason.
