Ownership and Return of Confidential Information. All Confidential Information and materials furnished by the Disclosing Party to the Receiving Party shall remain the property of the Disclosing Party. Upon the Disclosing Party’s written request, the Receiving Party shall promptly return, or at Disclosing Party’s option, certify destruction of the same in writing, to the Disclosing Party all documents and any tangible material or medium containing or representing any Confidential Information.
