Ownership and Restrictions. The word “programs” in the first sentence of the first paragraph of the Ownership and Restrictions section of the agreement is replaced by the phrase “programs, the operating system and integrated software”. Add the following as a new second sentence in the first paragraph of the Ownership and Restrictions section of the agreement: “Oracle or its licensors retain all intellectual property rights to the hardware.” In the second sentence of the second paragraph of the Ownership and Restrictions section of the agreement, the phrase “specified in the program documentation” is replaced by the phrase “specified in the program documentation or readme files”.
