Ownership and Location of Metering Equipment. The metering equipment to be constructed, the capability of the metering equipment to be constructed, and the ownership thereof, as required for the Wholesale Transactions shall be identified on the attached Schedule B to this WMPA, and provided consistent with the PJM manuals. The Wholesale Market Participant is responsible for installing equipment assuring that will provide the following data:real time data is transmitted to PJM as per Manual 14D
