Common use of Overtime Break Clause in Contracts

Overtime Break. Employees required to work more than one (1) hour overtime shall be given a rest period of ten (10) minutes on company time at the end of their regular shift.

Overtime Break. Employees required to work two (2) or more than one (1) hour consecutive hours of overtime shall be given a rest period of ten fifteen (1015) minutes on company Company time at the end of their regular shift.
