Common use of Overtime Break Clause in Contracts

Overtime Break. An employee who works on an overtime basis for four (4) hours immediately prior to or following his/her scheduled shift, will be entitled to a thirty (30) minute break to be taken at shift change and a ten (10) minute break to be taken at the scheduled break time for the shift.
