Overtime and Penal Time. 8.2.1 Eligibility restricted for senior nurses or midwives This clause 8.2 shall apply to all employees except that for Senior Nurses and Senior Midwives, overtime and penal rates will only apply as outlined in 8.2.1 (a) and (b) below:
