Common use of Overnight Rest Clause in Contracts

Overnight Rest. ‌ There shall be a nine (9) hour rest period between the end of work on one day and the beginning of work on the following day. If, on the instruction of the Engager, there is less than a nine (9) hour rest period, the Artist shall invoice the Engager for additional services at the rate as specified below.
